Craig Trbovich
Craig Trbovich is a Scottsdale, Arizona real estate professional providing commercial real estate brokerage and investment advisory services. He is a certified public accountant and a licensed real estate agent under the brokerage of EBS & Associates, LLC.
Craig’s mission is to provide commercial real estate brokerage and investment services to advance the interests of his clients and to grow his own investment portfolio.
The foundation of his success is based on hard work and sound research, delivering superior customer service and treating all with honesty and integrity.
The importance of continuing education and an extensive network of personal and professional contacts also serve as the basis for his long-term success.
Craig has over twenty years of experience owning real estate and businesses in Arizona, including commercial properties.
Along with the financial expertise that Mr. Trbovich offers, he has also been involved in all facets of real estate development and leasing from the standpoint of an investor and broker.
His contacts and experience include working with real estate professionals, City planners, architects, engineers, attorneys, space planners and property management companies.
He also served two and a half years on the City of Phoenix, Paradise Valley Village Planning Committee.
In 1987, he formed the accounting firm of Cronstrom & Trbovich (currently Cronstrom, Osuch & Company), and spent 17 years as partner in the firm.
During that time he was in charge of all aspects of managing the growth and direction of the firm, which had 15 professionals at the time of his retirement in 2004.
His extensive networking and public speaking responsibilities over the years have provided him with a wealth of business contacts throughout Arizona.
He is still a Certified Public Accountant in good standing with the Arizona State Board of Accountancy.
Craig is also on the board of Paha Que’ Wilderness, a manufacturer of high-end camping gear that was founded in 1996 in San Diego, California.
His responsibilities include working closelywith the President on financial planning and budgeting for the company.
As a fan of thoroughbred horseracing, Craig serves on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protection Association.
Along with setting policy for Arizona Horsemen, his responsibilities include representing thoroughbred racing’s interests to the various race tracks in Arizona, the Arizona Racing Commission and the State Legislature.
He also enjoys golf, playing guitar, hiking and camping.
