Wendy Dolan, Sales Executive

Wendy Dolan is excited to bring her combination of Chamber Membership, Fortune 100 work experience and Small Business Ownership to the North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce.

For the past three years, Wendy has been working as a Realtor advising clients in the purchase, sale and leasing of Residential Real Estate.  Her dedicated, outgoing and enthusiastic sales style has generated results, customer respect and loyalty.

Ms. Dolan founded Hospitality Training Consultants where she sold and delivered over 30 different Leadership and Managerial Development programs to small, medium and international organizations throughout the country.  Drawing on over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, her programs improved employee satisfaction, productivity, and management effectiveness for her clients.  . 

While in the San Francisco Bay Area, Wendy was an active member of the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce.  She served four years as Chamber Ambassador; two years on the Annual Installation Dinner Committee and is a Leadership San Leandro Program Graduate.  She served a two-year term on Board of Directors and held Leadership positions as Co-Chair for the Small Business Network and Women in Business Committees.   Her favorite activities included celebrating Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies and acting as New Member Host at Monthly Luncheons.  Ms. Dolan relocated her business to the Valley of the Sun in 2002.

Prior to starting her own business, Ms. Dolan worked for 11 years with Marriott International as Director of HR and Training; opening several Hotels and Conference Centers in CA, NV, TX, GA, and KY.  While there, Ms Dolan secured a $360,000 Training Grant for the San Francisco Marriott Hotel and served as a National Leadership Trainer.  She earned her Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) accreditation from Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in 1993 and her Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis.

Wendy currently volunteers at Unity of Phoenix as a Prayer Chaplain and has served as a Co-facilitator in the Children’s Ministry.   She enjoys sports, great wine, dancing and playing with her two dogs, Jasmine & Raven.
