After graduating BYU-Idaho in 2006 with a degree in Marketing, Josh moved to Arizona to join Wells Fargo Financial as a Credit Manager performing consumer loans.

In April 2008, he came to Johnson Bank as a Client Relationship Banker in charge of generating new bank accounts with high net clients and privately held businesses. Shortly after coming to Johnson Bank, he joined the North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce in Sept. 2008 as the Business Resource Lunch Committee Chair overseeing two networking lunches per month.
