Many of North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce’s successful programs are a direct result of its Volunteer Committees.  In turn, the North Scottsdale business community and various charities benefit from these endeavors.  Whether it is your expertise, ideas, products, services, or dollars, please consider becoming a North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce Committee Member. 

Breakfast Committee
Responsibility will be to organize and execute monthly Chamber Breakfast events that are specifically designed for educational and networking purposes. 

Business Resource Lunch Committee
Responsibility will be to organize and execute two Chamber Business Resource Lunch events per month that are specifically designed for educational and networking purposes.

Meet & Mingles Committee
Responsibility will be to organize and implement monthly Chamber Business after Hours event specifically designed for networking purposes.  

Golf Committee
The Charity Golf Tournament Committee organizes and implements the Chamber’s major golf fundraiser, as as its monthly Networking & 9 events.

Networking & 9
The Networking & 9 Committee plans and implements monthly events, which include nine holes of golf and networking opportunities. 

Website Committee
The Website Committee assists with updating North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce's website and ensures that North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce's website is a valuable vehicle of information for members, visitors, etc. 

Ambassadors
Ambassadors serve as the welcoming arm of the Chamber by greeting new guests, new members, and renewing members to the Chamber.  Ambassadors assist with ribbon cutting ceremonies, community awareness, and provide information to new and established Chamber members.

Membership Committee
Goals are to visit new, prospective, and future members of the North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce on a regular basis.  The Membership Committee needs to constantly figure out the needs of our Members and how our Chamber can fulfill those needs.  Additionally, the Membership Committee find outs how we can improve the Chamber for our members and the community as a whole.  The Membership Committee is also charged with the attraction and retention of Chamber memberships and encourages support for the Chamber’s mission.

Ribbon Cutting Committee
Responsibility will be to execute monthly Ribbon Cutting events specifically designed for networking purposes and for introductions of new member businesses to our community and our Members. 

Member Orientation
The Member Orientation Committee will coordinate and implement events designed to welcome and introduce new and renewing North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce Members.  The Member Orientation Committee also will provide education to our all North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce Members regarding the Chamber’s events, Committees, Board of Directors, Partner Charities, etc.

Advertising and Sponsorship
The Advertising and Sponsorship Committee promotes the Chamber’s advertising opportunities in our monthly newsletter, on our website, and any other opportunities that may arise from partnerships or new publications.  The Committee also promotes sponsorships of events of 3 levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Public Relations
Responsibilities will be to promote the North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce through press releases, web presence, media, other organizations, etc.  The Publicity Committee also promotes the Chamber and its membership through advertising & sponsorship, philanthropic programs, member updates, member promotions, event updates, etc.

Educational Seminar
The Educational Seminar Committee is responsible for planning and execution of monthly educational seminars.  Educational Seminars are designed to provide our members with knowledge that will improve their skills or grow their respective businesses.  Our educational seminars are not sales seminars.

Government Affairs
The Government Affairs Committee researches laws, regulations, and municipal codes with the goal of educating our Members and ensuring that our chamber complies with current and future laws.  The Government Affairs Committee also establishes and maintains relationships with city, state, county, and other local government officials and organizations.
